Dutch Expedition Terms

The Dutch Expedition Terms (including the arbitration clause) in the latest version as registered by FENEX with the court in Amsterdam as well as in Rotterdam, Breda and Arnhem, apply to all our activities except road transport of goods.

In addition, the General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC 2002), latest version, as registered with the Court in Amsterdam as well as in Rotterdam, apply to contracts for national road transport of goods; when the CMR is applicable by law, be it for international road transport, this AVC 2002, latest version, is supplementary applicable to such transport contracts for goods by road.

Finally, the Dutch Storage Conditions (latest version), including the arbitration clause, as deposited by FENEX at the registry of the District Court in Amsterdam (and Rotterdam), apply to all our assignments that exclusively concern the storage of goods.
